Sam joins Scott Advisory Group as Director of Business Growth and Development, bringing years of experience in recruiting, relationship management, and client service. Her passion for building genuine relationships and connecting with people makes her a natural fit for helping grow the firm and strengthen its relationships within the community.
In her role, Sam works alongside Samantha and Jessica to support business development, marketing, networking, prospect engagement, and community involvement. She also supports the client experience by coordinating and preparing for client reviews, assisting with service requests, and ensuring clients receive thoughtful and timely support.
Sam is currently studying for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam as she takes the first steps toward her goal of becoming a Financial Advisor. She is excited to expand her knowledge of the financial industry and, most importantly, help others become more confident and informed about their financial futures.
Her connection to Scott Advisory Group goes well beyond her professional role. Sam has been close friends with Samantha and Jessica for twenty years and has been a longtime client of the firm. When the opportunity arose to join the team, it felt like a natural next chapter—one that would allow her to build a meaningful new career, deepen her own financial knowledge, and create more flexibility to spend time with her family; her husband, Paul, her sons, PJ and Zack, and their mini Goldendoodle, Harp.
